Couldn't find the torque specs for the lug nuts in the owners manual. The search function on the forum did not yield any results (although I only waded through 4 pages of the search). I have seen values from 84 to 102 ft lbs but the sources weren't specific for a rim size or HEV/PHEV.I believe the lugs are 19mm. Stock lug size is bigger than 19mm, 13/16" I believe. I used an old "standard" size spark plug socket. My new wheels came from TireRack with "splined lug nuts" and the mating socket that give a pretty good amount of theft protection, and they're smaller and less awkward to use then McGard-type locks.Reference the model year in the table to see what lug nut torque and size is applicable for your car.
